Financial Analysis Manager for African Markets

We are looking for a Finance Manager for African Markets, someone who sees stories, potential, and growth opportunities in the numbers. In this role, your expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning will help management make smart decisions and improve profitability across the region.

Your story in this role

You will be the key person coordinating financial processes for African markets – from preparing and analyzing P&L, calculating FX differences and margins, to creating quarterly forecasts and budgets. Monitoring and controlling working capital, fixed assets, pricing, and marketing funds will be part of your daily work, while preparing analyses and presentations for the Executive and Supervisory Boards.

Your expertise will be critical in:

• Analyzing and improving profitability by market and business unit
• Developing and validating budgets, cost allocations, and quarterly forecasts
• Monitoring and controlling working capital, CAPEX, and marketing funds
• Providing management with actionable recommendations for strategic decisions and new initiatives
• Identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes
• Participating in cross-functional projects, developing business case models, and conducting regular operational check-ins with direct management

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or management reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L, working capital, and CAPEX dynamics
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a complex, multi-market environment
• Ability to build and present Board-level financial materials
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel to Africa occasionally
