What You Will Do:

  • Plan and implement annual and quarterly market activation plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives
  • Take ownership of ATL campaign execution and ensure strong synergy with in-store activities
  • Lead promotions, sampling initiatives, events, and other BTL activities across all sales channels
  • Manage POSM planning — from defining quantities to distribution and in-store execution
  • Adapt activations by channel to deliver a consistent and relevant brand experience
  • Develop and execute tailored programs for key customers in close cooperation with the Sales team
  • Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to ensure high-quality field implementation
  • Monitor execution and maintain strong performance standards
  • Measure impact through key KPIs: visibility, consumer engagement, sales performance, and ROI


Required qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Category B driving license
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG / CPG industry
