Join Our Finance Team!
We are looking to strengthen our Finance team in two key areas — Financial Analysis and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) — to further support the continued growth of our brands.
As part of our dynamic organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, provide strategic insights, and contribute directly to shaping the company’s financial performance and commercial success.

Your Mission:
- FP&A
- Lead the forecast and budget process across markets and brands
- Deliver sharp insights across production costs, margins, and overheads to identify improvement areas
- Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and management reports to support decision-making
- Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives and business performance reviews
- Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis
- RGM
- Build financial models that unlock growth, margin opportunities and assess new markets entry potential
- Design and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness
- Evaluate trade investment ROI and promotional effectiveness to improve commercial spend efficiency
- Provide insights on portfolio strategy, mix management, and channel performance
You Bring:
- 5+ years of FP&A or RGM experience in FMCG and manufacturing
- Business acumen to connect numbers with decisions
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and storytelling skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with attention to operational details.
