We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who sees hiring as a shared responsibility, a strategic lever, and a human experience.

The impact you’ll make

You’ll help shape how talent is attracted, assessed and welcomed — ensuring candidates feel seen and respected from the very first interaction, while helping leaders build teams that truly work.

This role gives you space to think, experiment, and influence - from strategy to execution - across different roles, profiles and markets.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from first contact to final decision
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, not just a process owner
  • Look beyond CVs, focusing on potential, cultural fit and candidate experience
  • Design and improve recruitment processes, interview structures and tools
  • Use data and insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring quality and speed
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and HR on initiatives that strengthen our talent story
  • Contribute to content, campaigns and activities that help the right people recognize themselves here

  • Have solid experience in Talent Acquisition and feel comfortable owning roles end-to-end
  • Enjoy working closely with different stakeholders and balancing business and people needs
  • Think analytically, but lead with empathy
  • Believe recruitment should evolve — and like being part of that change

Nice to have

  • Experience in complex or fast-growing environments
  • Exposure to different markets, cultures or talent segments
