- Purpose of position/job
Communicates with customers and other departments regarding related customer service documentation and customer receivables.
- Basic duties and responsabilities
- Operatively processes data from tablets through the SAP system. (invoices, corrective documents, etc.)
- Creates and controls invoices, pro-invoices and all accompanying documents, including templates sent by colleagues from other sector.
- Maintains all data and changes related to the customer in the system
- Coordination of clients according to agreed frequencies.
- Archiving invoices and other documents generated by the system.
- Controls retail sales and cash register.
- Maintains data related to digital delivery and controls verto archive.
- Provides support to delivery and sales colleagues in the field in the form of all possible information and sending documentation
- Checks the differences between the SAP and GOLD systems.
- Communicates with customers, providing them with all kinds of assistance in the form of information and documentation.
- Making and sending daily reports to the rest of the organization.
- Reporting to the superior position on the status of realization of business activities within the scope of own responsibilities on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- To be responsible for doing the work in accordance with the company procedures and rules;
- Professional upgrading through training, courses, independent engagement, other modes of education.
- To be responsible for the resources of the companies entrusted with the use.
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of cooperation with employees in other sectors of the company, external associates and partners of strategic importance in order to ensure efficient performance of business activities.
- To be responsible for timely provision of necessary information to stakeholders in order to secure, improve and implement business processes.
- To be responsible to act in and out of the company in accordance with company values and to ensure the empowerment of company values through a personal example
- To be responsible for the protection of confidential company`s information that arises from and within the work of own sector.
- Perform tasks delegated by the superior.
